Accumulate Energy for the New Year| Motivational Meeting 2023 of Engineering and Service Department

After the lift of epidemic lockdown, the first Spring Festival was spent smoothly in a lively and peaceful atmosphere. On February 3, the company resumed working after the lunar new year holiday. On the first day of work, the company’s Engineering and Service Department held a motivational meeting of 2023 to summarize the work in 2022 and deploy the main tasks in 2023. All the department leaders and employees attended the meeting, and the service staff who had been away on business and the employees who did not return home for the Spring Festival attended the meeting via video conference.

Director Chang of the Engineering and Service Department led the department staff to review the company’s service concept and service consciousness, as well as what ingenuity and responsibility meant to the service staff. By recalling the key work in 2022, they summarized the experience and problems in the service work, emphasized the importance of after-sales service, and the service essence of delivering the projects to customer satisfaction.

Then, the department entered the important part of the mobilization meeting– reviewing 14 excellent projects in 2022. The manager of each project looked back at the highlights and deficiencies in the project implementation process from many dimensions, such as project implementation, highlight review, problem summary, quality control, package delivery and so on. During the exchange and sharing, the project managers and department members deeply understood how the high-quality projects were developed, and realized that it was not easy to build the high-quality projects. They found out their own gaps and shortcomings so as to learn from the benchmark projects and apply the successful experience to their own projects in the new year thus create more and better quality projects. Projects of 2022 were scored and outstanding project mangers were awarded.

In the following days, the service staff participated in the training given by R & D Department on projects and professional knowledge, so that the knowledge of the staff can iterate and update with the products of the company and a service team with excellent professional knowledge and technical skills and strong service consciousness can be forged. Only with this team can the benchmark projects be fostered under the hardships of heavy tasks, tight time limits, complex environment and huge difficulties.
