In April, peach blossoms took on a new look, and after three years of the epidemic and the general environment tended to stabilize, Ei Farming launched the “VIP customer training and exchange meeting in Ei large classroom once again. This training session invited the customers from Shandong and northwest regions, and nearly 100 customers participated in this training meeting, which also set a record high for the number of customers received by Ei Farming.
It is not too late in spring, just when we meet. In line with the original intention of “taking customers as the center and creating value for customers”, Xingyi attaches great importance to this training meeting after a lapse of three years. This training session is planned by the engineering and service department, coordinated by the sales department, the R & D department and the Party and mass work Department, which provides a solid guarantee for the success of the whole training meeting.
With the full preparation of various departments, we waited for the arrival of our customers from all over the district in the early morning of April 17, and the staff checked in, prepared meal cards, issued conference supplies, etc. Although the number of personnel was large, the reception work was quite in order, and the considerate arrangement also made customers feel comfortable.

On the morning of the 18th, the customer trainees were taken to visit and familiarize themselves with the environment. Under the guidance they visited the exhibition hall, the precision machining center and the electronic measurement instrument engineering center. What they saw make them feel the advanced nature of the current testing and measurement instruments. After the visit, buses were arranged by the company to take the customers to Ei Industrial Park. In the exhibition hall of Ei Industrial Park, various types of incubation and breeding equipment, environmental control equipment, big digital screens attracted the attention of the customers. They either carefully recorded, or stopped to think with expectation to the following training.
Confucius said: it is a pleasure to have friends coming from afar. At the end of the visit, leaders and training speakers from Ei Farming held a welcome ceremony for customers who came to participate in the training and officially opened the training course.
As the saying: if you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen the tools. Xingyi has set up a multimedia training classroom in Ei Industrial Park, as well as the “Ei College classroom” for the actual operation of various types of equipment. Through the combination of theory and practice, systematic training is closely integrated with the customer site. In-depth exchange and discussion were made and all kinds of questions were answered in details. The contents of this training session include:
1. Comprehensive introduction of various typesof incubation equipment: basic configuration, performance, operation, system components, basic knowledge of electricity.
2. Environmental control system: operation and maintenance
3. Automationequipment
4. Detailed explanatios of fan system, heating system, humidifying system, egg turning system, cooling system and damper system
5. Hatchery management and technologies.
In each course, there were professional engineers to explain technical knowledge and solve problems. In the modern digital training classroom, the students listened and wrote notes carefully and even after the class , the lecturer will be asked for stay by the trainees to discuss and exchange experiences with them. The learning atmosphere is very strong. During the practice training of using, testing and operating the equipment, the training instructor explained the operation of the real equipment and the maintenance of various faults on the spot, and some customers asked questions when using the equipment, which were also answered by the lecturer one by one. At the end of the training session, the company specially prepared graduation gifts for all the trainees, which was also a good wish to the customer students which received warm applause from customers.

In the applause of customers, the week-long “Ei big classroom” came to an end. Customers said this training was of a great help to them. The combination of theory and practice not only enriched their knowledge, but also improved their technical ability of incubation and breeding. Although it was only a few days’ training, it was so abundant and beneficial to each other.
