The automatic egg collection system greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the risk of disease transmission. Egg collection capacity is more than 12000 eggs per hour, crashed egg rate is less than 5 ‰. The belt-type egg collection machine equipped with belt tension and deviation correction device is easy to use and maintain.
Cage Body
The mesh of bottom wire grille is 25.4mm×38.1mm and the gradient can ensure the eggs to roll off slowly and safely. The bottom wire grille has high-quality trampoline effect to protect the eggs during rolling and minimize the rate of cracked eggs inside the cage.
Egg Collecting
The horizontal egg transfer module can filter soft shell eggs and pollutants, so as to prevent soft shell eggs from polluting other eggs at the step egg collection area. The module can set the eggs to be transported to the step egg collection system in better patterns. And the running directions of eggs on each tier of cages can be adjusted to make sure they are evenly distributed, avoid mutual collision, and reduce the cracked egg rate.
Egg Buffer
The egg buffer device reduces the probability of damage caused by the collision between the eggs falling from the cages and the egg belt, which is convenient for the moisture of the newly produced eggshell to evaporate on the bottom grille at the first time, and reduce the dust and feathers on the surface of the eggshell.
PVC Shielder
PVC chick baffle can effectively keep manure from falling on the lower egg collection belt and feed trough and prevent contamination of eggs and feeds. It can also protect the eggs from being pecked or stamped by chicks to reduce the cracked egg rate.
Top Net
Each tier of cages is equipped with a top net to prevent the chicks from pecking the upper manure.
Sliding Cage Door
The horizontal sliding cage door uses the feed trough as the sliding path, which is easy to operate and does not hurt chicks in daily operation.
Traveling Hopper
Fully enclosed feed hopper cart can prevent feed from blockage. The storage capacity of feed hopper is 90L (about 60Kg), and the feeding frequency of four times a day satisfy the needs of chicks. The regulator ensures accurate distribution of feed and solves the problems of excessive feed delivery, loss of feed nutrients and poor uniformity of chicks caused by uneven feed distribution.
Automatic Feed Recycle System
The automatic feed return devices at the front and rear ends of the cage can automaticly collect the feed in the non-bird cart storage area at the two ends of the cage, and avoid the feed mildew.
Feed Trough
The large slope structure of feed trough is adopted to avoid feed waste caused by the chicks’ throwing habit during feeding. The seamless connection of feed trough not only makes sure that there is no accumulated feed at the bottom of the feed trough, and will not cause the disease of chicks because of the accumulated feed mildew, but also can be used as a track for carts and observation carts.
Drinking Line
Drinking line is installed in the middle f cages which requires less space. The V-shaped water collection trough can prevent the water from dropping on the manure belt.
Cage Rear
The two-level manure scraper of PU material can effectively clean the manure belt with little damage and thus improve the service life. Multi-tier manure scrapers adopt linkage mechanism and are easy to use.
