As the end of 2024 is approaching, the Shandong Xiantan Hatchery project has ushered in a brilliant moment of acceptance. This large-scale hatchery project built by EI Farming has established a new benchmark for the delivery of EI engineering with its excellent engineering delivery results.
This is a large hatchery turnkey project with 120 million eggs and 99 million healthy chicks hatched annually. The project covers Leader series single stage large box setter/hatcher, egg treatment system, double line egg drop tray system, poultry processing system and other automatic equipment, as well as full heat recovery, cold/hot water and fresh air and other environmental control systems, as well as egg bank complete equipment, new fumigation equipment, complete power distribution system and other incubator supporting equipment and facilities.
The project team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and team spirit at all stages of construction. From the high temperature in summer to the cold in early winter, the team members always stick to the front line, facing the complex situation of the site and the challenges of cross-construction, with their rich engineering experience and professional technology, they solve the problems one by one, and promote the project on schedule. In the planning stage, the team carefully considered the equipment layout and hatchery environment factors, conducted in-depth communication with customers, and accurately controlled the installation progress and quality.
During the installation phase, the project team demonstrated extraordinary adaptability and speed of change. In order to meet the customer’s demand for early production, the team started the construction work when the plant construction was not completely completed, which was carried out simultaneously with the civil engineering and successfully achieved the target of trial production within 3 months as agreed in the contract. In the face of cross-construction and program changes, the team quickly adjusted its strategy and coordinated efficiently to ensure that the project achieved its goals on time while adhering to safety and quality.
After the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the company’s technical support experts quickly arrived at the site to provide customers with professional training and guidance to help customers master the use and maintenance of the equipment. Through professional training and technical support, the hatching effect of the first batch of eggs is very good, and the fertilized egg healthy chick rate has reached 98%, which greatly exceeds customer expectations.
