Poultry flat feeding equipment is mainly used in poultry houses to realize automatic control of feed supply, drinking, lighting, ventilation, heating, humidification and other feeding operations, and achieve standardized and scaled rearing of broilers and ducks.

Advantages

- Patented design of feed pan can adjust the amount of feed flexibly. Snap-on assembly structure is easy to install and disassemble.
- Feed pans are made of high-quality engineering raw materials added with anti-aging agent which has high strength and long service life.
- The plate in each pan can flexibly control the feed dropping;
- Motor parameters: three-phase drive motor, protection grade Ip55.
- Suspension mechanism: outer diameter: Φ45mm, thickness: 1.2mm, main bar: φ5mm hot galvanized steel wire rope, rope: stainless steel wire rope with winches realize the lifting of feed lines.
- Main feed pipes: 4-hole and 3-meter or 3-hole and 3-meter pipes are available with auger imported from South Africa which are with good wear resistance and long service life.
- Feed hopper: 110L and 220L are available.
- Sensor arrangement: multiple detection points on one single line realize automatic feed shortage protection, full feed detection, motor failure detection and feed level control for brooding.
