Recently, our overseas service team successfully completed the installation and service of several broiler cage breeding projects in Philippines. In this process, they not only demonstrated superb technical strength, but also showed admirable toughness in the face of numerous challenges.
During the implementation of the project, the team encountered multiple tests such as the hot and humid climate unique to the Philippines, the unstable public security environment, and the difficult living and working conditions. In particular, the average high temperature of 36℃ has greatly tested the staff’s endurance and work efficiency. In addition, the initial accommodation and eating habits also challenged the adaptability of the team.
In the face of these difficulties, our team did not back down, but showed outstanding perseverance and professionalism. They effectively avoided the risk of heat stroke by adjusting their work schedule flexibly and arranging tasks and rest reasonably. At the same time, the team also successfully solved the problems of parts processing and transportation brought about by changes of customer requirements.

In the technical support stage, the team introduced successful domestic breeding experience and techniques to the Philippines, covering the management of the early breeding stage, day-age feeding and the application of weekly weight data, to help customers accurately understand the condition of the chickens, reduce breeding risks and improve breeding efficiency.
After the chicken came out, the team trained customers on equipment cleaning and maintenance, and organized key items and key details into documents in the form of graphics, which was convenient for customers to consult at any time and deepen their understanding.
In particular, it is worth mentioning that in the absence of construction equipment, the team still efficiently completed the installation and debugging work, fully reflecting the subjective initiative and cost control ability of the overseas team.
