In this sunny month, the young employees of EI-farming Engineering Service Department have already set foot on the forefront of the Shandong Fengxiang breeding project, with ambitions, ready to make contributions to the enterprise with youthful grace and highlight their self-value.
It’s a very big project. In the face of the urgent construction period of only one month, no amount of work has been reduced. This group of young employees, whose average age is less than 29 years old, took the initiative to undertake the task, actively planned and conducted on-site investigation in advance, and made detailed and thoughtful plans for the whole installation process and material delivery nodes before the project started.
Although the house building construction was a little slow, the project managers Zhu Hanwei and Yang Xiaoyu ensured the smooth cross-construction with the house building construction through effective communication and coordination and reasonable allocation of resources. Other team members also showed the spirit of not being afraid of hardships, and the average daily walking steps exceeded 30,000. They combed the details of materials in detail and conducted detailed inspections and guidance for each chicken house, ensuring the site safety and construction quality.
In the face of the arduous task of rebuilding 49 chicken houses, more than 400 workers at the scene nervously and orderly pushed forward every work, closely monitoring every link from personnel arrangement, safety precautions to cargo safety, and striving for perfection. Even during the International Labor’s Day, the project team did not rest, and all staff adhered to the front line to ensure that the project progress was not affected.
Through unremitting efforts and teamwork, 49 chicken houses in two farms have been successfully finished and delivered to use under the witness of leaders at all levels of Fengxiang Group. EI-farming engineering technicians have won wide acclaim and deep recognition from customers with their professional engineering quality and working attitude of striving for perfection. In Shandong Provence, another major project is blooming brilliantly.
